DAVID A SACKIN OD

Dr. David Sackin was born in Los Angeles and attended the University of California at Los Angeles. He graduated from Los Angeles College of Optometry obtaining a Doctor of Optometry degee in 1966. Dr. Sackin served as an Optomery officer in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968, stationed in Washington, D.C. After service in the army, Dr. Sackin began his Optometric Practice in Panorama City.

Dr. Sackin is a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and the San Fernando Valley Optometric Society.

Dr. Sackin is a volunteer for the California Vision Project, a charitable organization, which provides Optometric care for the needy.

Dr. Sackin participated at the week long event at the Inglewood Forum, Aug. 2009, at which needy people received no cost vision examinations.
